I just read your post about your hand injury. I'm very sorry you're going through that, and I certainly hope you get some good news at your next appointment.
I've never had an injury like that, but I have a teacher that was a court reporter for many years, had a surgery for carpal tunnel that ended up doing more harm than good, and ended up becoming a doctor specializing in holistic healing. I'm going to forward your post to her and see if she'd be willing to offer some advice.
