I was given the privilege of proofreading Shannon's very first transcript and was blown away by her knowledge base, how conscientious she is, and her attention to detail. There is nothing "baby" about this baby reporter. She knows her stuff! If her first transcript is any indication, she is going to be a CSR to reckon with.
