You only sent your message to Admin on CSRnation, not the group. You hit "Send Message" by my picture which only sends the message to me alone. You need to hit on "Send Message to Group." Look for the word "Group." If you do it correctly, you'll get an email blast of your job offer.
You must join the group before you can send any messages.
