Hi, Denise. My husband and I are thinking about relocating to Charleston. I've sent a couple of emails to ads I've seen in the NCRA magazine, and I've gotten no responses. I am a federal reporter here in San Juan, PR. I'd love to stay in the federal system, but I know that's a long shot.
Just wanted to know if you could tell me a little bit about Charleston. I had my own business in Tennessee before moving here, but I really like being in the court system.
I also checked out the SC Court Reporter Association's website, but I didn't see any post for a seminar/conference. Any idea?
You can write me at my personal email address. It is: rolaynew@aol.com
I do appreciate you answering me. My husband and I went to Hilton Head. Loved that place. Had dinner there at the restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful. A place we'd like to revisit and actually stay. They had only a few of the Christmas lights up. It would be nice to see that place all lit up.
But Charleston is definitely a place we're looking at to relocate. My husband loved it there when he was in training. He had to go there for eight weeks of Spanish. I know, silly! He was sent from Puerto Rico to South Carolina to learn Spanish. I told people he was learning Spanish with a southern drawl. lol
