Your story sounds like mine. I started school several years ago (not even sure anymore what year exactly), but LIFE got in the way... For a few years I only went to school for the academics portions because I was working overtime at my law office. Finally, I realized enough was enough, and I needed to put MY future before my COMPANY'S future. So since last year, I've been working part-time and going to school full-time... and it's been the best decision I've made concerning school! Wish I had done it earlier! :P But can't cry over spilled milk. Right now I'm at 160 wpm and need one more test to get into 180 wpm.
Please check out my blog -- stenonerd.blogspot.com -- where I chronicle my court reporting journey and where I'm a hopeful encouragement and a good resource for fellow steno students, like yourself! Thanks in advance. :)
We can finish strong, Eugenia! We just gotta remember to NEVER GIVE UP!!!
Hope you have a great birthday! All the best to you!
