I am a Case CATalyst Scopist using v17 with audio-sync.  
I have been scoping for about 11 years for official reporters and freelance reporters.  In that time I have worked on just about every type of transcript; depositions, arbitrations, mediations, trials, statements, et cetera.  
I am currently working for a few reporters on an as-needed basis, but I am very much interested in the opportunity to increase my workload and would accept full-time work or more work on an as-needed basis.

I am looking to proofread for a couple busy reporters.  I have been a scopist and proofreader since 2008.  I use both Eclipse and Case Catalyst.  I always try to return the transcript sooner than requested at no extra charge and I have never missed a turnaround deadline.  I was a medical transcriptionist for four years prior to becoming a scopist.   I have extensive experience doing depositions, court trials.  I have done a great deal of high-level, confidential government work as well as proofreading and scoping the SCOTUS oral arguments.  If you think we may be a fit, the best way to contact me is via email at betts216@gmail.com.

Hi, Eclipse 6 and 7 reporters,

I've been a scopist for over 25 years.  I work with one reporter whose jobs are sparse, so I'm looking to add an experienced reporter, regular delivery until we know each other's work, and then I'd be happy to do expedited jobs as well.  I use Dropbox, SendThisFile and other transcript delivery methods.  I read every word of a transcript with full, partial or no audio, whichever you prefer.  (Clear audio-sync is important.)  I pay particular attention to spelling, punctuation and grammar.  I follow the Gregg Handbook, and if you send me a preference sheet, that will be my first reference.  I read notes and will send you globals.  I do Internet research for names and spellings.
