this word came up in a deposition of a midwife yesterday, i can't for the life of me figure out what she said!! anyone know??

the word is underlined:

the new vacuums that they use have minimal damage, but when you develop the shinyon, you can have some bleeding into the scalp like an encephalohematoma, and if you pull and if the baby is not coming easily, you can cause some fractures, cranial fractures.

The word is chignon: a birth injury to the scalp. (Chignon is also more commonly known as a knot tied in the hair at the neck -- like a bun)
thanks guys!!
Hi, I found your word. It's "chignon." Oh, and it's "cephalohematoma" but you know how those witnesses like to say weird stuff :)
