Any idea who the owners are?  Reporter/s?  Business people with no CR experience?  Ex-employees of a CR firm that are "doing it all now"?

I know one of the owners is from Esquire I think.  They are a great firm with great work; very professional.  My best friend takes tons of work from them and is very happy.  I was supposed to take a three-day depo for them but it canceled.

Very interesting.  Looks like a CA firm.  Here's their website:  http://aptuscr.com/.  Interesting, some of the very BEST and very WORST agencies I've dealt with in the last ten years have been ex-whatever's out of another court reporting agency.  You'd think that they'd learn something at their former firms about how to do and not to do things.  I guess sometimes it sticks and other times not.  I have never heard of them, though.  Sounds good so far.

They seem really great.  I had a job they gave me this summer that cancelled at 9:00 the night before the depo and they paid me hefty appearance fee that I was not expecting all all.

They put out a job posting in Orange County yesterday.  In the posting there was a contact name.  I Googled the name and it came up as being previously associated with Paulson Reporting.  I do believe Paulson was purchased by Esquire???  Anyhoo, I've heard nothing but good things about Paulson.
