Blueport Wireless XP adapter

Hi,
Need a little bit of advice. Can someone suggest if the blueport wireless XP adapter is worth bying? For those who don't know, it's a gadget that allows a court reporter to roam up to 300 feet from your computer, all the while wirelessly transmitting your steno notes from your steno machine...
