It is time to bring the standards of a U.S. Army lieutenant to the running of NCRA.

A U.S. Army lieutenant would now allow his men to waste precious ammo in unnecessary shooting of weapons.

I have today asked NCRA to stop wasting its members' dues in the upcoming 7th yearly mailing of 16,000 NCRA Sourcebooks.

I today sent the NCRA Board of Directors the following postcard:

NCRA CAN SAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN UNNECESSARILY SPENT MEMBERS’ DUES.

STOP THE YEARLY MASS DISTRIBUTION OF 16,000 CONDENSED SOURCEBOOKS WHOSE MAIN FEATURE IS TO LIST MEMBER CERTIFICATIONS.

THE YEARLY MAILING OF 16,000 SOURCEBOOKS FOR THE 7TH YEAR IN A ROW WITH ONLY SMALL CHANGES IN THE NEW SOURCEBOOK INFO FROM THE PREVIOUSLY SENT 6 YEARLY SOURCEBOOKS IS A WASTE OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF NCRA MEMBER DUES.

IT IS TIME FOR THE NCRA BOARD TO STEP UP AND SET HIGH STANDARDS WHICH DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE WASTING OF NCRA MEMBER DUES MONEY.
