Conference room needed in Downtown LA

I'm not sure where to post this, so I apologize if it's in the wrong section.
I need a conference room in Downtown LA on October 26th at 10:00 for all day large enough to accomodate 10-12 people. Can anyone help me with this?

This wont help you right now but we are adding a search engine for conference rooms, it should be ready for use in a week or so.

Doing a search wont yield much results (I tried LA and so far no one has joined)
I just sent out an email 30 minutes or so ago, it will take at least a week before people join it.

you can try searching for agencies in LA and asking them if they have conference rooms? thats the only thing I can think of.
Try Network deposition services for now, they might have rooms.
