I just had a quick question. I was told recently that there was some change as of September 1^st that insurance companies could no longer be forced to use a specific vendor to schedule their depositions. Has anyone else heard about this? Does anyone have any other details?

I have not heard this.  You should join the Facebook group Court Reporters Vent uncensored and ask your question there.  Most people here are agencies that send out job offers.
