Does anyone have a recommendation for E&O insurance for court reporters?  My company is discontinuing it for CR.

I looked into it through NCRA and I ended up paying $800 a year one year.  After that I said "no thank you."  I think that's excessive.  It's all dependent on how much you make/work.  Apparently I work too much.  It's supposed to be the cheapest through NCRA - forget who they use now.  Marshall or something like that.

I had it through a private insurance for years and it was reasonable and inexpensive...probably why they are no longer covering...shoot

After that I tried to get it through Farmers with all my other insurance and they wanted 1500 a year.  That's way too much money.

That is crazy!!!
