Eclipse Scopist for co-worker

A co-worker of mine will be going on medical leave for a while and is need of a scopist while she is out.  She uses the Eclipse software.  Since she will be out on medical leave, she is looking for something around $1-$1.20 pp.  It would be a plus if the scopist was familiar with family law.  Thank you!!
