Hi All,

If you would like to see a court reporter clock with stenotype numbers, go http://www.humorousclocks.com/clockspage.php3?id=45

Here's the history of the court reporter clock.

A female court reporter saw Jim Mofhitz' display of Humorous Clocks at an arts and crafts show.

The court reporter asked Jim if he could make her a court reporter clock with stenotype numbers.

The court reporter provided Jim with all the information, and Jim created the clock face and shipped the clock to the customer.

Thus that was the birth of the Court Reporter Clock.

Jim has long since lost the name of the court reporter that had the idea for the court reporter clock face.

It is hoped that the court reporter who thought of the court reporter clock will make herself known so that she can be given the credit for developing the court reporter clock.

To view the court reporter clock and other humorous clocks of Jim Mofhitz go to  http://www.humorousclocks.com/

You will find the court reporter clock listed in the "C" section in the list of clock faces at Jim's Humorous Clock website.

Jim Mofhitz of Humorous Clocks has donated several of his court reporter clocks to court reporter conventions.

Some convention attendees may have seen the doorprize court reporter clocks at their conventions.

Isn't that really something?

Court reporters have their own special clock developed by a court reporter and made especially for them.

Hi Mary Ann,

Thanks for your post.  I am doing good.  That project with NCRA that I was so passionate about has come to a successful conclusion.

I will send you a private e-mail describing the successful conclusion.

Best Regards, Bill

I know people that have that clock, but I had never heard the story behind it.  Interesting.  It's pretty neat.
