I got it.  It is a very basic CAT system that works off your own word processing system (such as Word or Word Perfect).  It is by no means comparative to Eclipse or CaseCat.

It was less than fifteen minutes from taking it out of the box, going through installation, picking a dictionary - and writing.  It has fuzzy logic too.  It is $350 for a year or buy it for $2,000 (but anyone who has $2,000 can afford something better).  You can also import a dictionary (Stenocat 32, Xscribe 2001, Premier Power, RTF format).  It also works with very old writers (my Stenoram II).

Open Write is a good choice for any reporter:  (1) CAT challenged; (2) making little money or working part time; (3) is doing legal transcription in law firms.

I'm happy.  I got something that takes care of my CAT needs for $350 a year.  It also has one year of help too; but something this simplistic, it probably isn't needed.  (What I do need to figure out is how to make and modify entries).
