HELP WITH CASE CAT 14 PROBLEM. URGENT

I downloaded a file from send this file and restored it into Case.  It asked if I wanted to replace the file, which I did.

Everything is now single spaced with musical notes going down the side.

Has anyone had this problem.  I would greatly appreciate any input on how to fix it.  Of course it is a holiday tomorrow.

Change your view, which is currently at "normal," to "page" and all will be right with the world!
