I got a new buddy in LinkedIn.  I went to check her connections.  She has one called  MIN-U-SCRIPT.  It is for delivering transcripts, archiving, attaching exhibits.  It's worth taking a peak at their website.

Yes, it is, Mary Jo--you are right.  Want to OWN the software and not pay for a subscription month after month after month?  Look at their website.  Want to be able to word-search through several transcripts at one time?  Look at their website.  Want to be able to scan more than one exhibit but have them scan as separate exhibits so they can easily be hyperlinked?  Look at their website.  Want a repository for your clients (at a monthly cost)?  Look at their website.  Want free training videos that walk you through every step of the way?  Look at their website.  There are a few more reasons, but those are the ones off the top of my head.
