Modern monitors vs. the old squares

I had to buy a new monitor.  I have come to realize my monitor is equally important as my software and skills.  (I am a certified English teacher and now have a virtual teaching job).

Folks if your monitor is the basic square thing,  go buy a new one.  I only spent $117 for a Samsung, 21' wide.

It shows two pages side by side.  It's easy to see what in front of my in regular size.  It saves me time.  It saves me energy.  It saves me mistakes.  If you work from the laptop you use for your job, you can easily plug the monitor into the laptop.
