Need help with a term: California Sightest Claim

Hi all!  I hope someone can help me.  I was taking a disabillity insurance video depo.  The deponent said that the type of claim was a, "California Sightest Claim."  She also said it was non-ERISA.  Stupid me forgot to get clarification at the end of the depo....I hate it when I do that:-)  Has anyone heard a term that is similar sounding to "Sightest Claim?"  It could even be an acronym for something.  I'm totally guessing on the spelling but it clearly sounded like "sightest" or "citest."

Do you think they were saying SSI or SSID?  I don't know for sure if that's non-ERISA.  It stands for Social Security Disability.
