Problems Converting PDF to Elcipse

I'm trying to proof for a friend with a different software. She sent me the job in PDF & I'm trying to convert it so I can proof in Eclipse. I used to do this so I'm obviously missing a step. I go under Tools & Convert et cet. But when I open it in Eclipse, it's blank. What am I missing? Or is there another way to convert it?

I posted and I dont' see the post so I'm doing it again.

She needs to create a file with the EXACT same name as you have named the job.  (Alt. E)  Then, once she is in the file, she hits "import" under the "file" tab.  She grabs the rtf file you sent her, and BAM!  You're set.

She just pushes export when she's done and emails it to you. :)
