You may have to join the group again.  You may have to join the Philadelphia group again.  If you see the group on your personal "My page" then you are in the group and will get notifications.

 

However, you need to go into your settings and hit on "email" and make sure you are receiving emails from groups. Make sure that box is checked for receiving emails from groups.  When the webstie was deleted, some of this personal info got messed up.  Just check on that.
