Report-It quality?

I just got the ReportIt today.  I am sending it back.  It is put together crooked and the fabric is bent on the foot cushions.  I think it's a great ergonomic idea, but feel that it is pretty junky for the price, $150.  Maybe the person assembling the one I got was having a bad day.  Would appreciate feedback from those who own it.

How does this pillow help you if you're sitting in a big cushy conference room chair with arms?

Don't you still have to lean forward with no back support?  I'm so short that if I lean back in these big conference chairs I can't reach my keys without sitting forward on the edge of my chair with no back support.

Thanks for the info, Michele.  I ended up purchasing this http://sitincomfort.com/obforlow.html.  I haven't received it yet, though.  Yours looks really good for airline seats.  I've started bringing a squishy pillow with me on flights, which has helped.  My 52 yo back agrees with your 55 yo back.
