Samsun Go Mic

Has anyone got or used this Samsun Go Mic?  It has really good recording quality and is tiny, tiny!  I'm confused about why I can't hear what I test recorded on the sound recorder without unplugging the USB connection to the Go Mic.

When the mic is plugged into your USB port, it's taking over both recording and playback (in and out) on your computer.

You can fiddle with your Sound settings in Control Panel to prevent that (or maybe you can plug headphones into the Go Mic)

Is that unique to this mic?  I've not had other USB microphones do this.
