Send Email Blast to Eclipse/Case/ProCAT/StenoCat 32 groups

I have noticed that the scopists are not set up in individual groups so the reporters can send them an email blast to their individual software group. They have to manually ask each individual scopist if she/he is available.

The reporters are set up in their own groups to receive work. The same should hold true for the scopists. I am setting those up this morning. They will be posted at the top of the CSRnation front page. Hope this helps everyone.
