Using Dropbox for a daily job with ProCAT Winner

My reporter is in a trial as we speak. I'm trying to see if anyone has used Dropbox with ProCAT Winner software. I've heard of reporters dropping their transcripts in the Dropbox files every 30 minutes. Trying to figure out how to get this to work, if at all possible with Winner.
