Indexing- methods for doing it -

I kinda was wanting to poll, if I could, the methods for doing indexing. 

for example.  Do you have a stroke that pulls in your (Jones Exhibit 4 marked.) with a scan stop?

2. How do you put in your description?  Do you use the CC way of alt e i m or some other way?

I have to make a change to the way I'm doing mine and before I did , I wanted to see what everyone else did.
