Average page charge for rough draft

I am a reporter.

What is the average page rate with full audio for doing a rough draft?  You could go through the audio super fast, don't worry about punctuation much.  I speed up my audio really fast and fill in my drops and fix wrong words and steno.  So I go about 40 pages an hour for the draft.
