"meaning"

I have a sentence where the attorney uses "meaning" to clarify, but what comes after that is in the form of an independent clause, so I'm not sure how to punctuate.

She says:
So you don't recall those discussions meaning do you know whether any discussions took place?

I want to put a comma after "discussions," but then do I just leave the rest alone? She does pause after "meaning"; could I put a dash after it?

How about

So you don't recall those discussions? Meaning, do you know whether any discussions took place?

This is a tough one, meaning I don't know what the answer is! I'd go with a comma, meaning that's what I'd do right now but who knows what I'll decide five minutes from now. And of course we need the comma before "but" because there's an independent clause on either side of the word "but," but in this case I'll leave it with no comma, meaning that when a sentence flows, there are times when a deviation from a rule might be okay.

So you don't recall those discussions? Meaning do you know whether any discussions took place?

I think any of those would work. Now I just have to decide which one.
