Is anyone training with voicewriting? If so I would love to hear more info. My main question is where?
Also, if there's anyone working using voicewriting I'd like to talk to you also. I am being told it only takes one year to learn and it's not necessary to have the Degree in order to get a job and to be marketable. I've been told that it's all based our your end product and certifications. I've been told this for both voice and machine writing. I'm just searching for answers.

You can learn it on your own and take an exam after sufficient practice. Get yourself the mask and the recorder (Marantz recorder from Martel Electronics) and practice like crazy. You don't need to go to a school though I'm sure you can learn some good techniques from them. Then sit for a State exam.
