Good evening,

I need help. The school I attend treats the night students there as if we don't matter. I am obviously one of these night school students. I have attended this school for 3 yrs., all at night, and the conditions have went from bad to worse. We don't have a support system, teachers are quitting all the time, there aren't any clear guidelines for anything there; I mean the list goes on and on. I don't want to get my money back, because in the beginning the school was very helpful., and I will become a court reporter, but I will not continue to let this school give me whatever subpar education they feel they can dish out. I want to continue my education and become the very best cr I can become, but I need my school to give me that foundation. I have started a grievance survey at my school and have passed it out to the night students there. I have received some back and some are already starting to email, because we want to give the school a chance to make things right, if not, we want to take it higher until this school is better, not only for the current students, but for others who want or plan on entering this field to make it better.
One of the fellow students that contacted me with a formal complaint that she had sent to several state agencies and also NCRA, and it doesn't seemed like anything happened. My question is what should I do? How can I get state agencies to listen and come in and make a change. I really need help with this. All help is appreciated. Thanks.
