usb serial adapter

What is a good one. I bought one on ebay and I don't think it seems to be communicating with each other. I heard some good and bad things about the belkin, some people told me cool gear or keyspan. I just want to know which brand I should go with.

I've had my Coolgear for over 2 years and no problems.

I have had the Airlink for a couple years and it has always worked.
