Stentura Fusion

Hi,
I would like to know how you like your writer. I am thinking of purchasing one, . I purchased a Stentura8000LX about a month ago and have had nothing but problems with it, the company I purchased it from exchanged it for another one and I still had problems..So I want to get a writer that I can totally depend on. Any suggestions.
