THE BEST WAY OR A WAY TO PUT FILES TOGETHER WHEN WORKING WITH TWO SCOPISTS

I am under the gun. I have a daily and am utilizing two scopists to meet the deadline. This is my first daily. I have one long file that I sent to both scopists. Scopist No. 1 is sending me sections from her part of the depo, renaming the file each time so I can start the proofing process. Scopist No. 2 will be renaming files and sending them back to me as well. I don't want to create any unforeseen problems. All of us working on this depo have never done this before. Any advice?

HELP!!!! TIME IS NOT ON OUR SIDE.
