I worked out for 2 hours today!! burning a total of 1500 calories
-300 calories today.. this is not good but remember that you count calories on a weekly basis so its not bad as it seems (yesterdays big meal really messed me up because I still feel full from it, I think because it was curry)
Based on my math I lost 1.5 pounds of pure fat this week. remember, I could care less about my weight, my scale is my waistline and the mirror.
I had to tighten up my belt a whole step, all my pants and shirts feel much bigger now.
So all in all it was a good week.

Yes, I add sugar and cream to my coffee and i can only drink sweet tea.
I need to go to safeway and load up on radishes and other fruits and vegetables.
Nothing better than a cold crunchy radish as a late night snack :P
