Yeah, I tried all of those things and called support. I have a loaner coming but I'm not in court and they're going without me right now and I'm panicked because of it!! I was just hoping someone had had the same experience and had some trick up their sleeve!!

I know the feeling.  I just shipped my Xpression writer on Monday for repair.  It started with the touchscreen getting stuck here and there to it getting stuck, no recording on the audio jack and no audio on the headphone jack.  

I still have my Stylus writer though.  I was bummed because I couldn't sell it but it came in handy this week.
