A warm welcome from CSRnation, thanks for joining.
please join the Court Reporters group to your right.
just click "Court Reporters" and "Join Court Reporters"

We are into our 3rd week, give it some time, it should get very exciting around here.

Just a heads up. if you look at the top of your page to the left, you will see a person icon and a mail icon, click on the little guy and add me to your friends list (assuming you would want to, lol).
also, you can send private messages if ever need be.
you can add pictures, music and videos to your page.
if you have any questions please let me know.

Hey, Carlos! Glad you joined. I'm super jazzed about this site. I just think it's such a brilliant idea - and so professional! It's like MySpace for reporters.

It was so nice to meet you at the last SoCal CSR Outing. I hope you can make it to the next one. I'll keep you posted.

    Hi Carlos,
I don't know if you remember me. I went to South Coast with you. I found you on here and just wanted to say Hi and see how things were going.
Have you been busy? I hope you're doing well. I'll talk to you soon. Happy New Year!

    Hi Carlos,
It's Whitney again. I just realized you wouldn't know my married name. In school I went by Valadez. We graduated together, and there's a huge picture of us and the other graduates on the wall still at South Coast.

    Hi Carlos,
It's good to hear from you. That's great you're staying busy. So have you ever thought about coming to court eventually? I loved doing depos, but now that I've come to court, I don't think I could go back. I've been having so much fun and making a lot more friends than I was when I was doing depos. And I actually have more free time. There's a lot of down time in court.
So have you been doing live not for attorneys? I see you're going to be going for your CRR certification. That's awesome. I haven't been brave enough to hook up to a judge yet. When I feel a little more comfortable, I plan on doing it.
Well, happy New Year! Take care and stay busy!

    Hi Carlos,
Happy New Years! Thanks for sending this web page to me. I signed up yesterday. It's so good to hear from you. I hope all is well. We need to get together with other people and have lunch. I just got back from Texas. So I had two weeks off. Yikes! I don't want to go back to work. Call me or send me a message. Hope to hear from you soon.

    Hi Carlos,
It's really good to hear from you! Thanks for inviting me to the site. It really is like a Myspace for court reporters. I think it's really cool to finally have a site where you can network with other court reporters and proofreaders.

I am still a freelance deposition reporter. Not sure if I told you I moved, but I bought a house with my boyfriend out in Apple Valley, which is the high desert. Currently, I'm working San Bernardino area. I work for two agencies at the time; Veritext and Jilio-Ryan, Hunter and Olsen. I would like to look into an agency out here in the San Bernardino area this year. Work is going pretty well for the most part, but there are times that it's really slow; I'm thinking it might be because the agencies are in OC and LA.

Once again, it was really nice to hear from you! Hope to keep in touch more often. Talk to you soon!=0)

    Hi Carlos,
It sounds like you're staying really busy with depos. That's great. Good luck on your RPR. I have to sign up for that too.
There are a lot of reporters who hook up to their judges. A lot of judges require it. Eventually when I get a permanent home with a judge and feel comfortable, then I will hook up too.
Have you gone back to school and said Hi to anyone there or spoke to any of the classes? I've gone back to say Hi to Jean a couple times and she always makes me talk to her theory class.
Well, I'll talk to you soon.

    Hi Carlos!
I did notice the "Last Minute Jobs"; I joined the San Bernardino County and Los Angeles County groups.

I don't know what software you're on, but they have a forum for Eclipse users. It's nice to not have to call the tech support all the time.=0)

How are you making out? Great picture! Hope everything is going well for you!

Good to hear all is good. I'm trying to get on here more often, I've been pretty busy lately. But this is a great way to keep in touch.
    Take care for now!
