Hi, Nancy. I see you're fairly new to CSRnation. I just thought I'd stop by your page and introduce myself. I live in Hammond and freelance for different firms (New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette). I've definitely been busy this year, but things are starting to slow down enough that I can finally take a breath. You?
If you guys ever get in a bind and need something covered north of the lake and east of the river, feel free to contact me. (Slidell, Covington, Hammond, Baton Rouge.) I'm off to bed now. I hope you're not working too hard tonight :-)
Just trying to locate some people local to me on CSR Nation.
I live in Walker and am a new Eclipse scopist. I was born in New Orleans, though, and my daughter works there, too, for Northrop Grumman as an industrial engineer.
I got laid off at the beginning of the summer (along with attorneys and other secretaries) from a major LA law firm with offices in BR, NO, and Laf (initials JW) and decided to go and get trained as a scopist. I studied to be a reporter a long time ago but changed my mind, so I thought scoping sounded like a good option with the job market being what it is right now and with my background.
Anyway, just wanted to stop by and introduce myself.
