Hi Kim, It sounds to me like it may be a PC issue. Possibly not enought RAM or disk space. I have the student version and have never had a problem with it. I think you get a couple of support calls with the student version, and I would call tech spport to make sure it isn't a settings issue. Or you could post your issue on the Eclipse discussion board. I understand that tech support monitors that board. I'm going to purchase the professional version in the next couple of months. I just purchased my Lightspeed writer and want to sell my Elan Mira A3. Do you know anyone in the market for an A3? I wish you much luck in getting your editing problem fixed. There are more productive things you can do with our time than transcribing your notes from scratch! Keep up the good fight!
