I am currently on maternity leave and have been for the past two months, so I can't comment on things now as I don't know. I can tell you that I was keeping pretty busy, but I don't work with one specific agency. I am freelance. Before I was freelance I worked for an agency in Kissimmee called Sunshine State Reporters/Osceola Court Reporters. I kept pretty busy with them also. Hope that helps. Good Luck!

Hi, Cyndi. I'm in federal court here. I know one reporter who does really well with Orange Reporting. It's right downtown. They're very busy. I have only been in federal court since I moved here in 2005, so I'm not familiar with anything else. Good luck to you!!!

Congrats on moving to sunny Florida, and best of luck. Unfortunately, I am a north Florida gal, and not very familiar with south Florida. I do, however, occasionally work for a firm out of Orlando that has state-wide coverage. Their contact info is:

I only know of one school for the deaf, and it is located in St. Augustine. I'm not sure if they provide services in other parts of the state. Their name is Florida School for the Deaf and Blind, I believe. That's not my area of reporting, so I can't help you much more than that.
