I see you only belong to one group on your page. I posted below directions on what to do.
I've noticed lately people don't even know what email is linked to their CSRnation account. They'll have three different emails associated with getting jobs covered and not sure which one is linked. You MUST know this.
Also, look at your spam folder. They go in there a ton.
If that's not the issue, hit on "Settings" then "Email" and make sure the box is checked to "Get Messages from Groups."

If you're looking for more work, don't forget to hit on the Cover Depos tab on the top of the main page, hit the red dot on the map where you'll cover work, and then click on the tab to "Join the Group." Once you do that, your email address will be saved with everyone else's email address and you'll receive email blasts of jobs in your area. You just contact the agency directly from the email with their contact info.
