Chandra, your page shows you don't belong to any groups, so that's why you don't get any emails. You have to go to the Cover Depo group for your area and actually hit on the tab to "join the group." Once you join the group, it should show up on your page as to which groups you belong to. The sofware here can't just automatically know which emails you want to receive; you have to help it along. No ESP here.
