Hi.  Wish I had an easy answer.  You just need to play with the tension and see if you can get it to work.   If you have a service contract, call tech support and ask them the best way to adjust the settings.   I'd try using the shortest stroke possible (how far down you have to press the keys)    good luck.

I had a Stentura and it always stacked.  My Mira stacked too.  If you want that issue to go away, buy a Diamante.  Much better.
