Finally found where I saw it. Facebook group, Court Reporters Vent Uncensored. It's a closed group, but you can ask to join. They were talking about mergers and acquisitions. I don't think I read the whole blog, but the last comment was that Veritext had acquired Capital Reporting in DC. I got a letter from a long time reporter owned firm in another city in my state that they were now doing business as GoDepo, and were looking to hire reporters.
In the search box to the upper right, type in the name of the firm, hit enter and any discussion about that firm will come up.
