I'm not sure which welcome message to post here for which sort of work you want to pick up.  There's scopist groups, proofer groups, Court reporter groups that you can join.  I guess you can look around under groups and join the groups you want to get messages from.  Just hit the tab when you get in the group to "Join this group."
