No, I don't think anyone got too much out of that class. I think that there was too much you were expected to know beforehand. That assumption and the pace at which things moved were unrealistic. What it did tell me was that I needed a better grounding in the Blocks function of Eclipse. I got myself Marybeth Everhart's CD on Block files. I am concentrating on Mark Kislingbury's program right now for my practice/learning time, but I know I will get to it eventually. Eclipse knowledge does have a lot of rewards.

Nope, haven't figured it out. A much-respected FB friend of mine has actually chosen not to use it. Hope I'm not misquoting him, but as I recall it, he felt he had better quality control when he produced his index manually. Could be I will never master it. But I will gain if I look into the components of this function.

I go on all the forums with my coffee in the morning. I'm afraid I'm now one of the most chatty people on this site! Click on the trophy on my page for the proof!

So how's your display looking these days???

There is now a Total Eclipse group on this site that has lots of information. In January a few of us were talking about our display setups with the different colors. I use a different color for lots of different things. My untrans are yellow, the text that I type in myself is dark green, the text my scopist types in is hot pink. This site allows us to attach files. That can be so handy. When you get a chance, check out the group.

I need a reporter to cover a job in Searcy and LOVE Eclipse reporters...wondered if you could help me freelance on it or could refer me to someone. It's an Enron case - at least O/4 and great people to work with. My email is pavanlemay@gmail.com
