I noticed your name on CSRnation. I might need an extra scopist from time to time and wondering if you're interested. I have a scopist who works full time during the day and scopes at night. As you can imagine, her available hours aren't always in synch with me.

I live in Mpls. Right now I am very busy - and could use extra help on some things. I am a freelance court reporter and have been practicing for a long time.

I record cassette tapes and a wav file when I report and I request that a scopist listen to the tape/wav file while ediitng as sometimes things can be missed for a variety of reasons. I realize it's a longer process but then I am willing to pay a little extra IF the scopist does listen from start to finish.

I generally pay upon completion of work, which is a benefit for both, the scopist gets paid right away and at the end of the month I don't have a huge invoice!
