You need to "Join the Group" and then "Send message to the Group." You sent your message onlly to me when you sent your job offer. After you join ghe group, you will see a tab for send message to the group.

Also, give more of a description of the job. All you say is a job in Troy, New York with no details. Is it a Dr. depo? Is it Workers' Comp? All day? Half day? Give some details so a ton of people are not calling that may not be interested.

I am deleting your post on the first page because that is not where it goes. An email blast will go out to the New York group once you send a message to the group.
