You join the group and then your email is put in a group with the others.  The first person to contact the agency when the email blast goes out gets the job.  You are not to send out any info in the group; it's just for agencies to send out job offers.  This is a very popular group and tons of job offers come out of here.  I have to make a couple of dollars here and there to keep this website running.  50.00 a year is nothing.  I pay that to get my nails done every two weeks.  It's also a write-off, keep that in mind.

If you want to start receiving job offers in your area, hit on the Cover Depos tab at the top of the page, hit on the red dot for the area you want to cover, hit on the tab "Join the Group."  Once you join the group, your email will be saved and you will get email blasts of job offers when agencies need help.  You just contact the agency directly.  Tons of work goes out to the Bay Area group.  Good luck.
