I have been scoping for 25 years, and am familiar with all phases of the legal system, trials, depositions, malpractice, Workers' Comp, etc. cetera. Because everybody is looking for a bargain this day and age, my rates are 75 cents a page and 25 cents for proofing. I use wav or audio tapes.
